Transportation
Airport
The Humboldt Airport, which allows for daytime and nighttime landing, is located about one mile outside the City's limits on the southwest side. The airport has a rotating non-directional beacon and is fully lighted. Planes landing at the airport can be tied down. On-site fuel is available to all small engine planes landing and taking off on the 760 metre (1/2 mile) paved landing strip.
Courier
Humboldt is served by Loomis Courier and Purolator Courier providing service on a daily basis.
Railways
Humboldt is on the C.N.R. protected line running from Winnipeg to Saskatoon.
Bus
The Saskatchewan Transportation Company (STC) provides service four (4) times a day Monday through Friday and three (3) times a day on Saturday and Sunday for both passengers and freight between Saskatoon and Humboldt. It supplies service daily between Regina and Humboldt, for passengers and freight.
Other passenger and freight service provided by STC to other major Saskatchewan centres from Humboldt include the following:
- Humboldt to Prince Albert - seven days a week (excludes Saturdays at times so please call for times)
- Humboldt to Yorkton (daily)
- Humboldt to Melfort - seven days a week (excludes Saturdays at times so please call for times)
