Snow Buster Program The Snow Buster Program is to encourage community involvement and participation in helping those residents who find it a challenge to keep their sidewalks and driveways clear of snow and ice; in particular neighbours that are a senior citizen or have a physical disability.
Residents can be a volunteer recipient if they are in need of help clearing snow and ice. Residents can volunteer to be matched up with a recipient in need. Residents can provide nominations of individuals in the community who regularly clear snow and ice from sidewalks or driveways without being asked or expecting thanks.
