Winkel/Weyland That we approve the application from the Humboldt Curling Club for a
community event permit for the Masters of Curling event to be held during the
following dates and times: December 9th, 10th, 11th & 12th,
2004 � 10 am to 10 pm in the Uniplex Arena. December 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th
& 12th, 2004 � 1pm to 1 am in the Uniplex Community Centre
being Jubilee Hall, meeting rooms 1, 2 & 3 and the adjoining hallway. ����������������������������������� Motion

deleting the following: �If at the end of any given year all of the funds are not distributed,
the remaining funds will be transferred to the following year and added to
the annual allocation of $5000.00. �� Further that the amended policy be adopted as attached hereto and
