CALL TO ORDER:		Mayor Korte called the meeting to order at 7:31 p.m.
ADOPT AGENDA:		Doepker/Eaton That the agenda as presented be adopted. ����������������������������������� Motion Carried.
APPROVE MINUTES:		Weyland/Doepker That the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held October 12, 2020 be approved as recorded and circulated. ����������������������������������� Motion Carried.
COMMUNITY EVENTS PERMIT � HUMBOLDT CURLING CLUB		Winkel/Weyland That we approve the application from the Humboldt Curling Club for a community event permit for the Masters of Curling event to be held during the following dates and times: December 9^th, 10^th, 11^th & 12^th, 2004 � 10 am to 10 pm in the Uniplex Arena. December 8^th, 9^th, 10^th, 11^th & 12^th, 2004 � 1pm to 1 am in the Uniplex Community Centre being Jubilee Hall, meeting rooms 1, 2 & 3 and the adjoining hallway. ����������������������������������� Motion Carried.
CORRESPONDENCE: ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE MINUTES: RCMP SECURITY CLEARANCE CHECK POLICY: LEISURE SERVICES COMMITTEE MINUTES: SPECIAL EVENT HOSTING GRANT POLICY: CITY MANAGER�S REPORT:	Yaworski/Winkel That the following correspondence be received for information: a)�������� West Central Municipal Gov�t Committee�School Division ����������� Amalgamation. b)�������� Prime Minister-Speech from the Throne. c)�������� Leader of the Official Opposition-The Promise of ����������� Saskatchewan. d)�������� Royal Canadian Legion, Remembrance Day Memorial-Laying ����������� of the Wreath. e)�������� Report from the City Clerk-SUMA Convention Registration. f)��������� Minutes of the Reid-Thompson Public Library Board Meeting ����������� held October 6, 2020. g)�������� Minister of Government Relations-2005 Reassessment. ����������� ����������������������������������� �Motion Carried. Doepker/Weyland That the Minutes of the Administration & Protection Committee Meeting held October 18, 2004 be accepted for information. ����������������������������������� Motion Carried. Doepker/Eaton That the RCMP Security Clearance Check Policy as attached hereto and forming a part of these minutes be adopted. ����������������������������������� Motion Carried. Eaton/Doepker That the minutes of the Leisure Services Committee Meeting held October 19, 2020 be accepted for information. ����������������������������������� Motion Carried. Tuchscherer/Winkel That the proposed Special Event Hosting Grant Policy be amended by deleting the following: �If at the end of any given year all of the funds are not distributed, the remaining funds will be transferred to the following year and added to the annual allocation of $5000.00. �� Further that the amended policy be adopted as attached hereto and forming a part of these minutes. ����������������������������������� Motion Carried. Doepker/Winkel That the City Manager�s Report dated October 25, 2020 be accepted for information. ����������������������������������� Motion Carried.
PECUNIARY INTEREST:	Councillor Leon Doepker declared a pecuniary interest in the following matter and left the Council Chambers at 7:58 pm.
PAY ACCOUNT:	Yaworski/Weyland That cheque number 23472 payable to True Value Hardware in the amount of $238.08 be approved for payment. ����������������������������������� Motion Carried.
RETURN:	Councillor Leon Doepker returned to the Council Chambers at 7:59 p.m.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE: ADJOURN:	Doepker/Yaworski That the accounts payable for the period ending October 25, 2020 as represented by general cheque numbers 23403 to 23598 inclusive and as filed in the Accounts Payable Register be approved for payment.� ����������������������������������� Motion Carried.
