PUBLIC HEARING BYLAW 18/2004: |
Mr. Gary Jenkins and Mr. Jerome Indzeoski were in attendance at the
Meeting to discuss the proposed amendment to the Zoning Bylaw that would
rezone Parcel A, Plan D247 from A-Agricultural District to RA-Residential Acreage District. Mr. Jenkins requested clarification as to the regulations required
for the location of barns or stables on residential acreage property. The City Clerk advised that the regulations indicated that no barn or
stable could be built within 100 feet or 31 metres of adjacent property
lines. |
