  • Remembering Humboldt Public SchoolHumboldt Public SchoolThe Humboldt Public School will have a barbecue beginning at 11:30 with birthday cake to celebrate the 100th birthday of the old building, tours of the school, displays of memorabilia, raffle, silent auction and Dutch auction. Plans are in place for a new public school and for the existing building to be torn down. All proceeds dedicated to a commemorative display honouring the 1912 building.

  • Child Car Seat / Booster Seat Clinic Discovery FordThis is a great opportunity for anyone with a car seat or booster seat to be sure the seat is properly installed in their vehicle - and it's FREE! This is an informational clinic only. There will be refeshements and goody bags for children. Car seat inspections take approximately 10 minutes and no appointment is necessary. Seats will be inspected by local child restraint inspectors.

  • Introductory Kayak ClinicHumboldt LakeThis course offers the basic concepts used in flatwater kayaking and gives you a chance to try out kayaking for the first time. You will be introduced to the basics of kayaking rescue skills (how to get back in your kayak after a mishap), will learn how to launch a kayak, and will be introduced to efficient kayak strokes. The course is a total of 4 hours. Kayak rental is $20.

The Governor General Horse Guards return to Original Humboldt and will be the Honourary Leaders of the Humboldt parade at 9:30 am.
